• Identity & contact: name, email, phone number, company or club name.
• Order data: shipping and billing addresses, products purchased, personalisation (names and numbers) and order history.
• Payment data: processed securely by our payment providers. We never store full card numbers.
• Artwork & files: logos, designs and references you upload.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through cookies.
• Communications: messages, quote requests and support enquiries.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, under contracts that protect your data:

• Payment processors (e.g. card processors and PayPal).
• Couriers and freight forwarders (DHL, FedEx, UPS) to deliver your order.
• Email, hosting and analytics providers.
• Authorities where required by law.

Order and invoice records are kept for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Artwork is kept for 3 years to enable easy re-orders, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

We use TLS encryption, access controls and reputable, PCI-DSS compliant payment providers to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your information safe.

• correct inaccurate data;
• request deletion of your data;
• object to or restrict processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;

10. Children

Our website is not directed at children under 13. Youth team orders are placed by adults (coaches, parents or club officials), and any player names provided are used solely to personalise the order.
