1. Production & processing
Blank stock items are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Custom orders enter production after mockup approval and payment; lead times are shown on each product page and in your quote.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Pakistani public holidays.

3. Customs, duties & taxes
International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. DDP shipping (duties prepaid) is available on request for wholesale orders.
Refused shipments due to unpaid duties will be returned at the customer's expense, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
4. Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.
5. Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email orders@foremint.com within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. We'll open a claim with the courier and replace or refund your order once the claim is confirmed.
6. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses; re-delivery charges will be passed on at cost.
