1. About us

“Foremint”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Foremint, a manufacturer of apparel and sporting goods located at Industrial Estate, Small Industries Area, Sialkot 51310, Pakistan. You can contact us at hello@foremint.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. If you order on behalf of a business, club or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it to these terms.

3. Products & descriptions

We make every effort to display products, colours and mockups accurately. However, colours may vary between screens and between production lots, and digital mockups are illustrative representations rather than exact photographic reproductions.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

4. Pricing & payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude import duties and local taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Volume discounts are applied automatically based on the total quantity of a product per order.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item is mispriced, we'll contact you before processing your order.
• Retail orders must be paid in full at checkout. Wholesale orders require a 50% deposit to begin production and the balance before dispatch, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send written confirmation and, for custom orders, when you approve the mockup. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.

6. Custom orders, artwork & intellectual property

When you submit artwork, logos, names, designs or other content (“Customer Content”), you confirm that:

• you own or have a valid licence to use the Customer Content for reproduction on products;
• the Customer Content does not infringe any trademark, copyright, or other right of a third party;
• the Customer Content is not defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise unlawful.

You agree to indemnify Foremint against any claims, losses and costs arising from Customer Content. We may refuse to produce any design at our sole discretion. You retain ownership of your Customer Content; you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to fulfil your order.

Unless you opt out in writing, we may photograph finished products for our portfolio and social media. We will never sell your designs or produce them for anyone else.

7. Mockup approval & production tolerances

Production begins only after you approve your mockup. You are responsible for checking spelling, sizes, quantities, colours and placement. The following industry-standard tolerances apply:

• Garment measurements: ±2 cm against the published size guide.
• Decoration placement: ±1.5 cm.
• Colour: reasonable variance from Pantone or on-screen references.
• Quantity on orders of 100+ pieces: ±3%, invoiced or credited at the unit price.

8. Delivery & risk

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

9. Returns & refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Website content

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product illustrations and code, is owned by or licensed to Foremint and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

11. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the site's security or operation.
• Do not scrape, copy or harvest site content or pricing in bulk.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foremint's total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, missed events or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, strikes, courier disruption, pandemics or government action.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sialkot, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
